The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, managing staff, and driving sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail associates. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Management: Drive sales growth by setting targets, implementing sales strategies, and monitoring performance against goals.

Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and implement procedures to minimize losses.

Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of products to enhance the overall aesthetic and appeal of the store.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Budget Management: Work within budgetary constraints, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-effective measures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered.

Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the retail or technology sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Familiarity with retail technology solutions and point-of-sale systems.
