Indu Inc., a leading retail tech firm, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail location. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, managing staff, and driving sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

  2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail associates. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  3. Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

  4. Sales Management: Drive sales growth by setting targets, implementing sales strategies, and monitoring performance against goals.

  5. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and implement procedures to minimize losses.

  6. Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of products to enhance the overall aesthetic and appeal of the store.

  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

  8. Budget Management: Work within budgetary constraints, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-effective measures.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered.

  2. Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the retail or technology sector.

  3. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development.

  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  5. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  6. Familiarity with retail technology solutions and point-of-sale systems.

  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.

  2. Experience with merchandising and visual display techniques.

  3. Familiarity with inventory management software.

  4. Understanding of e-commerce and omni-channel retailing.
